Rezinator is a user mostly known for being the creator of MetaParty, a project / community focused on hosting events in the metaverse.

The beginnings

Before creating MetaParty, Rezinator was an employee of DappCraft. His job was being the host of the QuizZone, a Decentraland weekly event where players needed to respond to questions to win prizes.

At some point in his career, DappCraft lent him some land so he could open an NFT gallery. The idea with that gallery was to offer the community a free spot to show their art. In fact, in Tobik’s video “Trading digital art (NFT) inside a videogame | Decentraland Stories”, he talks about his project.

His NFT gallery also hosted events with Mike Salvi, a comedian from the US. The events were 100% free and required the attendees to connect to Rezinator’s Discord server.

Rezinator was also a member of the OG community 100 Rainbows and he interacted with other members such as Tobik, 100Rainbows, T3, Judas and New Legends with whom he would later create MetaParty.

In April of 2021, Rezinator uploaded his first video to his YouTube channel. After that, he would upload various videos related to podcasts he hosted in his gallery, QuizZone and NFTs.

Rezinator also participated in the “Tobik vs New Legends drama”, a series of scandalous videos and performances where Tobik and New Legends would fight with each other in order to generate content. The motives of those fights were influenced by the “Bald Man Virus”. Rezinator had the role of journalist and interviewed both sides in videos that he uploaded to his YouTube channel.

MetaParty

The idea of creating MetaParty came from discussions at the 100Rainbow’s community. Rezinator wanted to make and sell events to other brands/companies of Decentraland.

Many persons were considered at the creation of MetaParty such as Tobik and 100Rainbows. In the end, the group was founded by Rezinator and New Legends.
